Are site visits and tours available before making a reservation?
Yes, we encourage potential clients to tour the space before booking. Please contact our events team to schedule a tour at your convenience.
We're only looking to host an intimate event—can limited portions of the facility be rented?
Yes, we offer partial rentals as well.
Can the venue remain open past operating hours?
Yes, with permission, required security, and any local permitting (if required) staffing we are able to accomodate events past standard closing hours.
Can vehicles be removed from the showroom floor?
Yes, vehicle removal from showroom floors is permitted upon request. Rules and conditions apply.
We'd like special vehicles to be on display—is this possible?
Request for special vehicles can be accomodated, but is handled on a case-by-case basis. Just send us an inquiry and we're happy to explore this!
Is parking available for event attendees?
Unfortunately, we do not provide parking for event attendees. There are several garages near Mercedes-Benz of Manhattan that we recommend. Hours may vary depending on event date. For vendors, please discuss your parking needs with our events team to ensure adequate accommodations.
Can I bring my own vendors for catering and other services?
Yes, you may bring your own vendors. However, they must comply with our guidelines, provide the appropriate insurances and coordinate with our events specialist to ensure seamless integration with our facilities.
